Final pricing may change if shipment details differ from what was provided.
You are responsible for accurate shipment descriptions and for providing any required documentation.
Prohibited or restricted items
You must not tender illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items unless explicitly agreed in writing and compliant with all applicable laws and requirements.
We may refuse, hold, return, or report shipments that appear unsafe, unlawful, or non-compliant.
Pickup/delivery, delays, and force majeure
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, inspections, scheduling constraints, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
Payments
If you pay through PayPal or another processor, your payment is handled under that processor’s terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them as applicable. PayPal business accounts are intended for business/commercial use and PayPal may require verification information; this may impact your ability to use certain PayPal features until verification is completed.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing question, contact us first at Goodscarrierdispatch@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it quickly.
We may provide order/shipment details and communications to payment processors to respond to disputes or chargebacks.
Cargo loss/damage claims (basic process)
If cargo is lost or damaged, you must notify us promptly and provide supporting documentation (photos, packing details, commercial invoice/value proof, and delivery receipt notes where applicable).
Any specific limits, declared value rules, insurance options, or claim windows should be set out in your quote, confirmation, bill of lading, or a separate written transportation agreement (if provided).
Intellectual property
The Site content, branding, logos, and design are owned by GoodscArrier or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

All services are subject to our Terms of Use and any applicable written shipment confirmation, bill of lading, and/or service agreement.
Limitation of liability
